I painted up 4 more crusaders last night and am once again happy with the results. Hopefully I'll get 3 more done this evening so I'll have two ranks of 5 done and have more of an idea how they'll look once ranked as a unit.
The possibly ambitious aim is to paint one unit a week, starting from next week, so any models painted this week is a brucey bonus!
Sunday may see the begining of work on the Giant too!
For now I shall be a proud and mentally impaired player who apparently shares the same intelligence level of that of a chimp. Now if you would excuse me I have pressing matters to attend to, I have found a stick and I am going to poke a banana.

Work on the giant has started! He's now had a arm removed from his body and cut into 2!

Quite happy to play you anytime Will, though I am booked up for this coming Monday.

Today saw some more work on the Giant, I had intended to do a series of photo's showing the various stages of the conversion, but I got carried away with the work and forgot, so you'll all have to wait til the projects finished :D

I've been rather ill this week so the painting plan has fallen behind a bit, though I have managed to get 20 of the little blighters done! Sickness also put paid to finishing the conversion on the Giant, but he's roughly 90% done.
Below are pictures of the 20 Goblins as a unit and some sneak peaks of the forthcoming Giant :o

A quick update on these boys! I've now got a whole unit of 30 painted and the Giant has been completed :D

Here's some pictures of the big ol boy:

As you can (un)clearly see he's resplendant in a tabard, chain coif and is now wielding an axe and shield, which carries the armies symbol. The axe was pinned to the hand and the arm brought forward and repositioned across the body in a reverse chopping motion. The tabard has a belt and belt buckle.
