Ok looked at what i have and been reading a bit...so here is my list for deamons:

Bloodthirster
Deathstrike,
blessing of the blood god,
unholy might,
Intrument of chaos
.

Herald of korn
death strike
juggernaut of korn

Bloodletters x 10
fury of Korn

Bloodletters x 10
fury of Korn

Bloodletters x 10
fury of Korn

Bloodletters x 10
fury of Korn

Blood Crushers of Korn x 2
Fury of korn

Flesh Hounds x 5

Deamon prince
Death Strike
Mark of korn
Demonic Flight
Unholy might
Iron Hide

so any thoughts. I did toy with a soul grinder but thought the one unit with any real fire power would a) confuse me and b) proberly just get shot up so wombat all the way i think.

looks good Carl. Very characterful.

Not sure myself what deamons are like in 40k but i am sure they're pretty good without being silly.
Talking to you probably from the Pub or painting table on the laptop

Do you have more blood crushers? They're tough and nasty, but 2 seems like it might die pretty quickly.
I don't know much about deamons, but what do you have that can smash vehicles?

Um....good question :D

I only have two blood crushers but figuered that putting the herold on teh jugger would help boost the unit.

In terms of anti Tanks etc, death strike is s7, and i have rending in all my units. that and the close combat abilitys of the blood thirster and deamon prince. but when reading through it even the soul grinder wasnt that much better wepion wise.

Well, the Bloodthirster and the Deamon Prince are both monstrous creatures (which gives you 2d6 armour penetration in close combat, i think), so they should be able to rip apart any land raiders you come across. You'll probably be able to swamp most other vehicles with blood letters.
I've got the deamon codex around here somewhere, i'll dig it out and see what the units are like.

What extra miniatures do you have available, if any?

Found my codex, so I think I have a vague idea of what all your stuff does. I don't have enough experience with demons to comment on how balanced/unbalanced the list is, but it should certainly be playable!
If you have a few more hound minis, I'd definitely try and work them into the list.
Blessing of the blood god and instrument of chaos both seem like they wouldn't get much use, so you could drop them.
I'm not convinced about the merits of Deathstrike, either. S7 and only one shot won't do much against vehicles, so it seems to be more of an elite infantry/character killer, and pretty much everything in your army should be fine with those in close combat.
Try cutting a few upgrades and taking 10 hounds, and you should be good to go! Probably!
